In fact, it doesn’t matter if you can’t eat breakfast since you will probably pass by a 24 hour burger joint on your way to work. Fast food joints are opening up almost every street corner basically because it serves what people want– food… FAST. However, what we do not know is that with every bite we get from a Trans fat filled burger, we are slowly killing ourselves as well. It is said that a quarter of the food that we consume keeps us alive and the rest is helping to put us into an early grave.  Add to that the number of cigarettes smoked in a day and overindulgence in the alcohol that we drink on a weekly basis and you are basically adding up to a lot of reasons why we need to change our habits when it comes to food and exercise.  Call it what you will&#8230; lifestyle change, detox cleansing diet, or just plain healthy living. </p>
<p>A body detox cleansing diet is a method wherein toxic substances and residues are flushed out of the body. This can be done by a variety of methods and there are different detox diets that work on specific internal organs such as the intestines, kidneys and livers.</p>
<p>Now, if you are planning on undergoing a detox cleansing diet, you must take note that these diets work best for people who know how to control their food intake. While in the process of detoxification, you would not want to take in the same amount and types of food or your diet will prove pointless. Instead, switch to healthier and more natural alternatives that leave little to no residues in your body.</p>
<p>Detox cleansing diets normally include different types of food from the food pyramid so you really shouldn&#8217;t feel deprived or hungry. Various fruits and vegetables are essential parts of the cleansing detox diet and so are other fibrous foods. Fiber is known to cleanse the intestine of harmful substances that are hard to digest or hard to absorb.</p>

There is an old saying, “Prevention is better than cure,” so before you start feeling the symptoms that are going to weigh you down and the signs that you are on the verge of a serious illness, you should change the way you are living.  Start out with a detox cleansing diet and move towards a healthy lifestyle where you get more exercise and eat the right foods.<br />
