Why Running is Important

Running a mile or two every day can add extra years to your life, If you can keep physically healthy  you are more likely to live longer. So get out and start running as much as you can, you do want to give yourself at least one day off from running to avoid injury. You should be perfectly fine running five or six days a week unless you are running further than a couple of miles a day. You just don’t want to over do it and injure yourself and not be able to workout at all. I find it easier if I run in the morning time, its better to go ahead and get it out of the way and you won’t be regretting it the whole day as well. You can create an all around fitness training routine and exercise your upper body. You can do it by working out on a pull up bar or any other workout equipment that is available to you.

Working out on fitness equipment is usually different than most exercises. Fitness equipment is designed to target specific areas of your body for a better and more intense workout. If you want an all around exercise you should run or bike for your lower body but have the option for workout equipment. For your upper body I would suggest just working out on fitness equipment like the pull up bar, total gym or something else that’s meant for muscle building. There are also a lot of cheap fitness equipmentmachines that will get the job done if you are on a budget. You don’t have to buy the most expensive equipment to lose weight and get in shape, you can accomplish whatever fitness goal you have if you have enough determination and will power.
