This is the third article in our series on Bio Oil. Bio Oil Stretch Marks will look at the efficiency of the product to deal with the problem of stretch marks both before they have occurred as a preventative measure and in order to deal with the removal of stretch marks.
First up, we’ll look at how the company represents itself. According to the website, the product is very effective in improving the appearance of stretch marks which already exist. It also says that the use of bio oil improves the elasticity of the skin thereby reducing the risk of new stretch marks from occurring. The company reviews this product in two different ways regarding stretch marks. It cites the uses as both for “Stretch Marks” and “Pregnancy Stretch Marks”. The purposes of this article we are going to take this as meaning the same thing. The only stipulation would be that Union-Swiss recommend the use of bio oil to reduce the likelihood of developing pregnancy stretch marks.
Testimonials from the company are obviously going to be positive. One person said that they reduced their body weight by 22 pounds which had been with them since their teenage years and once they started noticing stretch marks appearing as a result of the weight loss they began using bio oil with effects that have been “unbelievable!” Another user recommended the use of the product for pregnancy stretch marks. She said that she used the product from two months into the pregnancy and was delighted to inform that she had no signs of stretch marks after the child was born.
There are similar positive bio oil stretch marks reviews on outside websites. For instance, one Yahoo answers user reported good results with both scarring and stretch marks. She said that the stretch marks were taking a bit longer to remove than the scaring (which was caused by boiling soup), but she put this down to the fact that she was still losing weight.
To be honest, if you are looking for reviews about bio oil stretch marks, either for or against, you are going to find plenty on the Internet to keep you busy so I don’t have to really list them here. Like many products, it is going to be down to your decision whether you use this product or not. But, I would say that the reviews are much more biased towards the positive than negative.
