As a follow-up to some of the questions that we’ve been asked, we thought we’d write a piece about Bio Oil and Bio Oil Reviews. Well, for a start, there are many people who are calling bio oil a miracle cure for acne, scarring, and other skin problems. Others say that not only is this product not going to help you to overcome any of these conditions, and the product is downright hazardous. Who do we believe? Let’s look first of all of what the company itself is saying.
Union-Swiss (Proprietary) Limited is the company that manufactures bio oil. They are a multinational skincare company whose headquarters are in South Africa. The company says that Bio Oil is a specialist product for use on the skin which will help to improve the overall appearance of stretch marks, scarring, and uneven skin tones. The active ingredient, which the company describes as “breakthrough” is PurCellin Oil which Union-Swiss says is also effective for other skin conditions such as dehydrated or ageing skin.
I’m not going to go into specific usage in this article, I have written two other articles entitled “Bio Oil Stretch Marks” and “Bio Oil Acne” where you will find out information about the relationship between Bio Oil and those particular conditions. This particular article is just focusing on Bio Oil Reviews.
The company’s website, as you would expect, only focuses on the positive reviews. These reviews tell about how fantastic the product is, how absolutely amazed that the users are with the results after using the product, how the user wished that they had heard about this product sooner, or how they can now wear clothing that is far more revealing now that they have used the product.
There are several other reviews sites, apart from the official bio oil site, where there is a mixed opinion. On the negative side, some people are questioning whether the product is safe during the early stages of pregnancy. Other bio oil reviews for stretch marks say that the user experienced a rash when they applied the product to their stomach area to try and ward off the appearance of stretch marks, although they admitted that this may have been because it is a very sensitive area. In other bio oil reviews stretch marks, some people complained about having to wash their hands three times in order to remove the greasy residue after they applied the product.
The general reviews that I have come across are very positive when it comes to minor scar removal and stretch mark removal, not necessarily as a removal process, but more as a preventative measure. Many women who are trying to avoid getting stretch marks during pregnancy have said that this product has helped them. Also, there are many positive reviews from people who have lost weight and use the product while they have been dropping the pounds in order to avoid the appearance of stretch marks. There are plenty of Bio Oil Reviews so if you’re worried about using the product you can search these out and make a more informed decision based around them.
